Thanks again to Dthomas1 for the pioneering work.

So just to be clear, you had to move the pin and the wire to it's new position for this work correct? What tool did you use to remove the green plastic in order to move the pin. Also what tool did you use to remove the wire? Thanks.

Can you just run a jumper wire from the DSL to the empty slot to make them brighter? And how difficult was it to remove the green plug holding the wires in?

While this mod will make them brighter in parking light mode won't it look strange to have them this bright when you have your headlights on also???

Depends on your definition of strange

At night with the fog lights on and the the brighter LED highlights, it definitly makes you more noticeable at night.

I'll try and get a picture.

Just asked the guy who did it for me. He said it was super easy - just used a small screwdriver to release the clip holding the wires in and re-insert.

Default No need to remove the bumper!!

OK folks, I did my wire swap on the driver's side WITHOUT removing the bumper. You'll need needle nose pliers and a small mirror, and a lot of patience.

I plan on doing the other side tomorrow by removing the air box which looks like I'll have plenty of room to work.

When I when through the different light modes using the stalk, I never got the DRL's but I realized I must have them turned off. My steering wheel is gone being customized, so I have no way to check. However, my LED's were noticeable brighter.

Sounds like a game of "Operation". Kudos to you for trying this.
