Default Fog light LED replacment bulbs

I've been having ongoing issues with repeated failures of one or both fog lights on my 2012 Equus. Up until now, it's been under warranty, so the dealership simply replaced the bulbs and all is well. I'm no longer under warranty, and one of them is out again, and replacment cost is about $125. I don't want to keep replacing them at $125 each, if I am going to have to do it every 10k miles or so.

So, I've been looking around at various LED replacement bulbs, and wondered if anyone has any experience with this type of re-fit, or could make any recommendations for a supplier/brand/type, etc?

I'm a slightly capable "shade-tree" so I'm thinking that this should be a project well within my ability, but just looking for some guidance before spending the money.

Led's normally do not burn out for years, if they do it is because they are fed to much voltage.

Take the old bulb out, look for numbers, then you stand a better chance of finding a replacement.

How often do you use the fog lights?

From my info you have H8 bulbs. Here are a couple of well respected light sets:

I have generally left them in the "auto" position, along with the headlights, although I've generally just turned them off when one is burned out, to avoid driving down the road looking lopsided.
