Gauge scratching

I have a 2015 Genesis Ultimate and I have noticed some small scratches on the plastic over the gauges in some light. I have only cleaned it with a clean cloth and it only has 3800 miles. Anyone else notice this issue?

I havent noticed on my cluster but my console display gets scratched really easily. cleaned it with some lcd cleaner and a microfiber towel and it scratched

Many microfiber towels are synthetics, and might scratch the plastic used on dashboard. I would only use cotton if possible. Meguiar's makes a headlight Protectant wax that might work to fill in the scratches (but test it first). Some regular car waxes may cloud clear plastic. Do not use a headlight restorer product, because that has harsh abrasives to remove the cloudy layer.

My 2012 had small scratches on the gauge cover right from the factory. Not too noticeable but kind of irritating for a new car.
