All Dash Warning Lights ON

I am having an issue with my genesis 2015 car , it appears all warning light on, the gear shaft not working as usual , camera not working all the time , AC not cooling but the fan and more .....

I went to workshop and couldn't detect the problem by using the computer , can't connect .

I have seen similar issue with someone called John Squires in this forum was Feb 6 2018, but I am not sure what he did to solve it.

You have a CANbus fault. Most likely a failed module. If connection is failing, what is failing?

If no one comes up with a better solution, try disconnecting the battery a few minutes and try again. Just like you reboot your computer. Also, check that the battery is good. If the original is is at or near the end.

I did disconnecting the battery for about 20 minutes and nothing changed , I have just changed the battery few months ago , do you think the battery would do this?

why the car will start if the battery is not good ?

Old weak batteries have caused problems similar to yours. Since it a new, there is some other problem beyond my knowledge. You need professional help.

Usually, an engine warning will also trip other lights (ABS, Traction and Stability Control). Learned that from Scott Kilmer. I agree with EdP. It could be as simple as a battery going bad. If you have warranty left on your car, take to the dealer to have a scan tool inspection. They will be able to confirm whether it is something simple like the battery, or worse. There are plenty of places to buy replacement batteries for less than $200. Dealer will probably want $320+.

Here in America, we have a few chain parts stores (AutoZone, Advance Auto, Pep Boys) that will test batteries and charging systems for free. From what I can tell, you have something similar with Bosch Service centers. A dealer should also offer free testing. Being in probably one of the hottest desert environments, I'm willing to bet the battery is the culprit.

I tried to replace the battery with new one , but still nothing changed , I decided to go to car dealer and while in my way everything back to normal except the traction logo and auto hold , it is in car dealer right now and I am waiting for their diagnosis.

I just had call from car dealer and told that the problem is from fuel sensor + programming which may cost me around 320$ .

I had similar problem twice, once resulting in Flat bed tow to the dealer. In both cases the root cause was never identified. Appearantly, disconnecting then reconnecting all the modules resulted in the problem going away.

Others here have had the same dash warnings when the Fuel Pump Control Module in the trunk failed.

I have the same problem. I had the battery replaced and from that day all the abs, traction control etc lid up. I did all that you all had said and nothing. The dealer told it would go away in 3 to 4 days and its been two weeks. Still no clue what is wrong.
