Anyone rolling around with this offset? If so are you using spacers, lowered?

Is this consistent with what others are seeing? I simply get a message indicating that my request "cannot be processed at this time." I don't believe it's my connection either because when it's failed I've verified that I had a mobile internet connection.

I have a Genesis v6 with Tech package that claims to have a 40 gig harddrive I presume to burn music but I haven't been able to figure it out. Does it even exist or is the hardrive for use with Nav. or something else
