5.0 replacement tires

I just purchased a 5.0 ultimate with the new Continentals already installed. I did not notice the vibration during the test drive but it is driving me crazy now. The vibration is worse while the tires are cold but it never goes away. It can be felt at all highway speeds. My rear view mirror...
