aftermarket grille

Wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem, and if so, how they corrected it... I installed an aftermarket "sport" grille on my 2013 R-spec sedan, and the upper grille garnish that attaches to the hood does not fit well. I am very underwhelmed by the quality of the grille as a whole...

Anyone experiment with trading out their stock sedan grille/grill with an aftermarket option? I've found a nice one (see links below) that i'm thinking about purchasing. I'd pull the trigger now but my adaptive cruise control is in the way, does anyone know if i can install adaptive cruise...
