along route

I have a 2011 4.6 sedan and when I'm traveling and try to find a "point of interest along route" it always to comes up with "No Matches" on my Navi.. Have any of you guys had this problem? When I'm around my home it works but not cross country. Am I doing something wrong? Example...I can look up...
