I need to remove the wiper arms on my 2012 Genesis Sedan. I see the nut under the rubber cap on the wiper arm but even after I remove it I still cannot get the arms to come off? Am I missing something? I feel like if I pull any harder then I am I will break something. Thanks for the help.

The passenger side wiper blade swings midway of the driver side. Very distracting. Can it be adjusted?
