backing

I have a '15 V6 Signature. Does anyone know if the mirrors can tilt down when you back up?

I have 2012 4.6 gen with nav and all the goodies, it has 22,000 mile on it. When I back up the nav screen get darker and the top of the screen looks like T.V. interferences. This doesn't happen ever time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Marty

Today I noticed after a minute of driving that my drivers side mirror was stuck in the downward position, like it does when backing up the car. I used my buttons to move it back into the right place...but then when I got home I put the car in reverse to check it out and now they don't angle...
