Walk in for a basic synthetic oil change, walk out with a new engine!
Couple of weeks ago, I took the 2009 4.6 Tech for a routine 84k oil change, get a call a bit later, saying your drive / serpentine belt requires replacement for $$$, I said no problem since it was time anyway… The Mrs. goes back later to settle the bill, only to find out I was over charged...- daviderle

What an absolute CLUSTER F%^& - 2012 R-spec
