Couple of weeks ago, I took the 2009 4.6 Tech for a routine 84k oil change, get a call a bit later, saying your drive / serpentine belt requires replacement for $$$, I said no problem since it was time anyway… The Mrs. goes back later to settle the bill, only to find out I was over charged...
