bouncy

The thing I like the least about the used 2012 v6 sedan with 30k miles is the bounciness of the braking. Whenever i come to a stop i have to deal with some motion forward and backward. Even when shifting from reverse to drive, after the shift, there's a bounce. Is this normal? It sometimes...
