car or brake

I was just wondering if anyone else V8/Tech behaves like my car for the following: When I start my car in the morning, after it sat all night, my brake pedal is VERY HARD to press. In fact it will only move about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch and I must press REALLY HARD for it to move. Is anyone else...
