cd player

Hi all. I have a 2013 R spec sedan. Recently when playing a CD the system says that it has a disk in and it doesn't. It will accept discs and eject them but will not play any of them. It acts as though there is a disc in at all times. I should also mention that I have the 17 speaker lexicon...
