collision warning

Curious to see if anyone else has had this issue, my car has 35000 miles currently, as of the last 2 weeks i keep getting the warning on my dash for forward collision assist, blind spot assist and my ABS light. Ive scanned the codes, and they all come back as chassis codes. Collision system...

I'm mostly wondering about concrete and asphalt curbs that are so popular around where I live. You know the type that are just high enough to scrape the front/bottom bumper. Are those picked up by the parking assist function - i.e., the sensing active at low/parking speed? Thanks, Bob
