cracked

The clear plastic plate on the font bumper of my Genesis is cracked. Dealer said probably from a rock while driving. Has anyone else seen this issue? I have less than 5,000 miles and they want me to pay $360 to replace the part.

I noticed today as I was waxing my 4.6, that both of my outside mirror covers are cracked. I need a favor of everyone. Would you look at your and post if also cracked. Pictures are included. 7800 miles.
