Anybody know what this means? I'm diligently searching for a Genesis and the flashing red "CSI" that shows up on the HMA Service telematics page after entering the VIN of some cars (about 1 in 6-8) has me a little confused and concerned. Thanks in advance.

JD Power CSI Rankings Not sure if this had been previously posted. Despite Hyundai not being known for its great service, it's interesting to note that Hyundai did rate above average int JDP's CSI rankings - and above all the major Japanese mainstream brands for service, repair work, etc.
