decelerating

I have an 2010 that every time I decelerate, I hear a "fluttering sound" coming from what seems to be the front right side of the car. It is more pronounced during the morning time but not limited to it. Has anyone experienced this? I cant quite pinpoint the problem but it is driving me crazy...
