distance to empty

Does anyone know if this display will adjust itself based on real-world conditions? Between leaving my office and home, I drove 12km (7.5 miles). My "distance to empty" display dropped 42km (26 miles) overe the same period. I wasn't driving fast or stuck in traffic. In fact, while stopped at a...
