dripping

Does anyone have problems with water dripping from trunk lid when opening the trunk in the rain? Does anyone have a solution?

Bought new genesis 2012 from Apple Valley in Winchester, I noted with around 3k on it the hood started dripping some green looking ozze from under it, thought it was antifreez at first but technician said it was "Cosmolene" that Hyundai uses to do rust protection. The dealership had the area...
