droid or verizon

OK, am I doing something wrong because I cannot seem to integrate my Verizon Doid X contacts to the Genesis Tech Package. (I drive a 2009 Genesis 3.8 with the tech package and all other possible options.) I can make calls via the bluetooth but cannot get my contact list to show up. Please...
