I pulled the horn fuse in the engine bay fuse box, and upon reinstalling it found that: 1. my voice commands had functionally gone off line, as if the mic was muted, even though after pressing the voice button on the wheel it would prompt 'ring'.... and then say 'pardon' and take me to the nav...
