fading or bubbling

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue with the flying H logo on the steering wheel. Looks like the clear part is separating from the silver/chrome section of the emblem and has bubbling. Looks worse in person but a pic is below. I use Meguiars Gold Class Leather and Vinyl cleaner for the...
