Have basic radio in 2012 3.8. Though my hearing is poor, it seems the fidelity (overall sound quality) of XM is not nearly as good as FM and not even close to CD, IPOD or USB, Anyone else noticed the same, or might their be an issue with the head unit?:eek:

Okay, I love the full sound of HD FM from the Genesis, The surround sounds more full or complete. I can't seem to get the same sound quality from any other source (xm, ipod,) Is this just the processing or is the source signal presenting more than a stereo feed?

For some reason, my new Genesis (with Tech package) came with 16 stations preset for both FM1 and FM2. How do I delete these presets so I can add my own presets? I tried to add a new preset to one of the lists thinking that would overwrite one of the old preset stations. That did not work...

I have the Tech Package and when I switch to XM from FM, the volume is substantially higher. Is there a way to level the various audio inputs? This way I can switch from XM to FM and the volume level stays the same.

I was treated to the lovely sounds of r2dr and C3PO coming from my favorite morning show station during the commute. It seems as though the HD was having some trouble with the marine layer and was having some issues. Has anyone had this problem before? I changed stations at it continued...
