fog light

I have a 2009 Sedan, 4.6. One of my fog lights and one of my "dome"lights, by the back seat, are not working. Can I please get some advice on the right bulbs to replace them? Also, has any of you replaced those bulbs? It seems so tight for a 250 pound man to get under the front of the car :)...
