frustrated

Won't even talk about 4 recalls in 2 years....But I need a new yellow indicator light on front passenger side...My mechanic told me it's about 2 hrs labor just to change a damn bulb...Just utterly ridiculous....Who's the brain surgeon who designed this?.. I have a 2010 genesis sedan 4.6 Tech...

I bought my new Genesis from them on 8/31. Two weeks later, they still haven't paid off the lien on the car I traded in. I've called them twice about it, spoke to "Frank" in finance,and they assured me that the proverbial "check was in the mail", and that they'd been really busy, etc...

Actually, there is little to compare as the Genesis is clearly a better car in almost all important categories. LTCs were basically designed 20 years ago and have not kept up. The Genesis is state of the art. However, there are two areas where the Town Car wins: (1) It can seat 6 adults, and...
