grinding

My 2009 Genesis has a grinding sound that is intermittent. The sound comes in "reverse" or "drive" and can last for up to 5 minutes. I have taken it to the Dealer but it would not do it for them. They put the car up on the rack and nothing looks bad to them. The grinding sounds like it's coming...

I have a 2011 3.8 with Tech/Nav. When using the Easy Access mode (which moves the steering wheel up and the drivers' seat back), the motor in my driver's seat makes an awful grinding/straining sound. Almost like the motor is dying or underpowered. (Hey - I only weigh 210lbs :p). Anyone else...
