headlamp

I have a 14 Rspec 5.0 sedan. One of my headlight assemblies (HID Xenon) has water or moisture in more often than not. It’s been this way for a while. Short of spending over $500 to replace it (with a used unit) what can it should I do? Is this fixable? How does this happen ?

I saw a youtube video of the korean market version of this car. Only the drl strip in the headlamp housing stays lit while all the other's lights are shut off. are the US market version like this as well ? or is the same with the only difference being the amber color. I don't care too much of...

Anyone know how these work? I know they do operate once in a while so I assume it's after so many times or after x minutes of operation of the windshield washers. They are definitely quite powerful and you can hear the motor that drives them when they do operate.
