hearing

Just sat in my car briefly this morning and noticed that there is a low volume noise coming from my cd/DVD player while my car is completely off. It sounds like the discs are spinning inside the player despite everything being shut off. Does this make any sense....anyone else experiencing...

Need some help my 2012 gen has a lag from when phone is answered in car to when I hear the persons voice over the bluetooth it seems to be about 1.5 seconds of delay and for my wife that's a lot of lost words. Both our phones our phones do it. Any ideas?
