high temperature

I have an issue going on with my 2013 coup 2.0. T At first thermostat was going up-and-down for overheating and then cooling off. Change the thermostat outs. Now the thermostat gauge is showing high temperatures all the time and I have no heat in my heater with barely any pressure and/or heat...
