highbeam

I have noticed over the past 6 months of owning my car that other drivers at night seem to highbeam "flicker" me. Ill be driving down the street with no highbeams on and people will filck their highbeams at me trying to indicate that I have mine on. Is anyone else having this happen? Are our...
