I don't like the sound of the horn on the Genesis at all. This isn't a big deal, but is probably easy to fix. Does anyone know of an additional note horn to add to the Genesis to improve the sound? Does anyone know where the Genesis horn is mounted?

I have added a remote start and alarm but cannot find where the wire is for the horn. I need to get the horn working but so far think it maybe drivers side kick panel 31 pin plug green and white wire. Anyone have experience can tell me the right way to wiring up the alarm. Compustar Blade AL

Has anyone else experienced this? I can record to demonstrate, but it only occurs when I'm on the AUX input. I don't have a spare 3.5mm cable to see if that is the issue, but can try that tonight.

I can report that the life of a horn fuse is only about 50 seconds of continuous tooting. A guy cut me off dangerously and that's as much horn as I could give him. Got the fuse replaced at my dealer in a 30 minute wait.

This may sound like a dumb question, but are any of you disappointed with the stock horn? It kind of sounds like a dying goose when used and wanted to see if anyone has chaned that? Perhaps the Equus comes equipped with a horn that actually sounds like it doesn't belong on a 1996 Honda Civic.

The sound of the horn on my 2012 3.8 is puny to say the least. On the freeway's in L.A. you need more "blasting" power. Is there a replacement horn for the factory horn? How difficult to replace?

I have the 2011 ultimate equus. My trunk keeps opening by itself evey once in awhile . It is not my key since I have isolated the key in a separate location. The next problem I have may sound crazy. Every 30 to 40 seconds I hear a noise while in my car that sounds like a faint horn beep...

Does anyone know where the alarm horn is located? I know its over on the driver side of the engine near the top. I want to replace it with something that doesn't sound like it belongs on a kids bike. :p
