hot or dry

2013 Genesis 3.8 Base Model 17" Rims. My Genesis came with 3 of the what I assume are the stock dunlops and one no name tire. Assuming it was used as a flat replacement. I live in Southern California so 95% of the time it's hot and dry with occasional brief downpours of rain at certain times...
