identify

Can anyone tell me what this is....came home from work and noticed a little steam coming from passenger side from under the hood and noticed these hoses leaking.

Just drove home with my 2009 V6 with Premium Package. Since I bought this over the phone, I was pleasantly surprised to see it did not have the stock rims. But I have no idea what they are. Any one recognize them? (Hope my posted pic actually shows up). These are 17-inch wheels, and based...
