inserts

I'm looking for these supposed rim inserts that snap in between the "spokes". Not the center caps, but like the machined "tear drop" looking things that go between each spoke towards the edge of the rim. Anybody know what I'm talking about, and are they readily available somewhere? Thanks!

Has anybody tried to remove the chrome inserts on the 18" v6 wheels. I hated the wheels and tried to get the dealer to give me the 4.6 wheels. We tossed the winged caps on and it was a thousand percent better, but I still think the wheels would look better without the inserts. any experience?
