instrument cluster

On my way home from work yesterday, my Gauges magically all stopped working. The Distance to Empty also doesn't have a value in it. I checked some other things and my dimmer switch does not work, but my odometer is still keeping track of my miles. Could this be a fuse? Or a bad ground issue...

Does anyone know what these four dots are supposed to indicate? I couldn't find anything in the Owner's manual, and every time I look at them, it seems they are showing the same thing. Thanks, Rick
