key fob issues

The infotainment screen will not turn off at all. With the doors locked and the whole vehicle turned off. The keyfoh works for proximity start but not any of the buttons work. I just replaced the batteries to see if I could get it to work, but no. The red light does flash on the key fob whenever...

So lately my 2015 Genesis 5.0 has been giving me issues when I go to start it. The car with the key in it lights up on the dash and I have to reprogram the key fob which doesn’t work for me most of the time. Any idea what could be causing this issue?
