I discovered 2 fixes after much wasted time regarding the May 2023 Navigation Map and Software Update. 1. Sign in from the navigation update screen doesn't work but GUEST does. 2. After many failed attempts to create a thumb drive, I bought a brand new one and it worked. Hope this helps

Hi, anyone know how to get the GPS speed up on the map screen. My Garmin unit displays this, and I find it more useful than the inaccurate (always reads high) speedometer. The HUD speed seems to be the same as the speedo, so presumably that is not GPS sourced. If not, I will miss that figure. Nick

I was looking at Mapnsoft that the new map update (v9.5) for the 2013 and 2014 Genesis sedans are $338. According to the website is $169 for map update plus $169 for Media. Is this an error? or we need to do (and be charged) for two different updates at the same time? :confused:
