microfibers

So I own a black genny....( pain in the arse to keep it clean ) I wash it at least once a week on the weekends....now so far I have used clean microfibers, all new.... and I kept buying new ones and still have the old ones sitting on my trunk... Question is, is it safe to wash them and re use...
