muted

Hi, I've checked the manual and searched the forums but still cannot figure out how to un-mute the navigation voice guidance. My wife somehow muted it and she is not sure how. I have gone into 'settings' and I see volume control but no mute or un-mute setting. Thanks BTW: We've had the car...
