Anyone have these on their Genesis?

Has anyone purchased Michelin Primacy MXM4 size 245/50-18 for their Genesis 4.6 sedan? If so how is ride and noise? I know this is a larger tire but when checking the revs per mile and diameter it is very very close in size to OE Dunlop.
