nothing works

I recently picked up the 2015 Hyundai Genesis coupe and upon arrival, I had some repairs done. I I noticed the battery was low. I replaced it and now nothing works, is in "not a damn thing!" Why-how the hell did this occur? I'm at a loss, so far I've: Checked all fuses. Checked factory ground...
