p0017 code

Shortly, about one week, after oil filter change at about 162K miles, check engine light came on. Initial computer code was P0017 but nothing was found on diagnostic examination. Check engine light was cleared. 2 days later, new check engine light. Hyundai dealer tech exam comes back with P0019...
