preparing map message

Hi. I'm a first time poster, and a recent GV60 owner. I believe I successfully updated the Navigation software. but am not getting a persistent message "Preparing Map...This display will soon switch to the last Map mode used." However, the message hasn't gone away yet. Has anyone else seen...
