I've had the Magnaflow for almost a year now and was initially disappointed by the amount of rasp over 3.5k rpm; the drone was pretty terrible too. I added a resonator on each side which eliminated the rasp and drone, but also any sounds of an aftermarket exhaust. I've notice that rasp isnt...
