rebalance

I'm getting road noise from my tires --> w-w-w-w-w-w that hits its stride around 45 mph. Annoying, but doesn't affect the ride (yet). Dealer advised rebalancing and alignment for about $140. I'm considering replacing all 4 tires with Bridgestone Serenity's since I'm in the "harsh ride" camp...
