replacement 18

Has anyone found a place to buy or build just one of the custom winged 18" wheel caps for the 4.6? My tire store damaged one of mine and I'm finding it impossible to find either a single cap or an emblem that can replace the center if I just buy a stock cap. All of the ones I've seen on eBay...
