restore

I never had anyone wash my car for me; I always did it myself at home. But as most of you might've seen my accident thread, body shop 'washed and cleaned' my car and scratched my WOODEN dash board. I am very upset... How can I restore or hide the scratch? Please advise. I am not so sure if...
