scheduled charging

Hello all. I live in Vancouver Canada and have a 2025 eGV70, charging at home with a Watti lvl 2 charger. I've set up my Genesis and configured the app with the appropriate times and activated scheduled off peak charging. When I plug it in, it says scheduled charging activated....then doesn't...
